Try It: Nature

From doing this for five minutes each day, do you feel at peace? Does the weather give you ideas of new stories or how the setting of a story begins? Sometimes we need to stop everything around us and have five minutes to collect our thoughts and focus on ourselves.

 

Take a moment of your day to observe nature. Take a look at the sky, the trees, notice if the wind is blowing. Listen to calm music or enjoy the silence. Release everything from your mind. Don’t think. Enjoy the view. – Selene
